1. To provide a representative forum for oversight of the University provision of eLearning services;
2. To offer advice to the VP/Chief Information Officer on actual or emergent eLearning issues that affect the University;
3. To offer advice to the VP/CIO and/or Heads of College on eLearning aspects within the annual planning process;
4. To develop and update the University eLearning Strategy and take oversight of its implementation;
5. To maintain oversight of the effectiveness of eLearning service operations and the coordination of School and IS service development and delivery.
