In order to provide the best systems to meet business needs the above group should meet quarterly to cover the items below.
- To identify and resolve issues with current systems and any interoperabilities
- To identify system opportunities for new business processes or changes to existing processes
- To facilitate increased awareness of what is currently available in existing systems to assist the business
- Advise and make recommendations for purchase of new software/hardware.
- Provide input to annual planning and prioritise the plan
- Input to new E&B web pages
- Identify training requirements
